Smashbox Studio Pop Eye Palette, AUD$69.95 from Kit Cosmetics. I have this and it's lovely. I haven't reviewed it yet, but Smashbox have never disappointed me with their eyeshadow offerings. Their gift sets last year were (even more) amazing, and I have no regrets. What it includes: 20 goregeous eyeshadow shades and instruction cards for various looks.
